Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cineetap plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro and the Cineetap website. By downloading, installing, or using Cineetap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Cineetap on your own devices. The free tier is provided at no cost; Pro and Studio features require an active paid subscription.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans (Pro — $9/month and Studio — $15/month) are billed on a recurring basis through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are in USD and may exclude taxes, which Paddle calculates based on your location.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the plugin.
  • Do not use Cineetap to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent usage limits of AI features.

4. AI-Generated Content

Pro and Studio features use third-party AI models to generate text, images, audio, and edits. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before use. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or free of third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Cineetap, its name, logo, and software are owned by us. Content you create using the plugin remains yours, subject to the terms of any third-party AI providers used to generate it.

6. Third-Party Software

Cineetap runs inside Adobe Premiere Pro and relies on third-party services (Adobe, Paddle, AI providers). Your use of those products is governed by their own terms. Cineetap is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cineetap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep backups of your Premiere Pro projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cineetap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or project work, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using Cineetap and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
