2. Information We Collect

• Account & billing data: When you purchase a Pro or Studio subscription, our payment processor Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details. We receive only limited transaction data — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: Basic, non-identifying information about which tools you use, app version, and error logs, used to improve the product.
• AI prompts: When you use Pro features (Editor Chat, Media Generation, transcription), the text or media you submit is sent to third-party AI providers to return a result.

3. What Stays on Your Machine

Your Premiere Pro project files, timeline, and media assets are processed locally on your computer. We do not upload your raw footage or project files to our servers, except the specific content you choose to send to an AI feature.

4. Third-Party Services

• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management (Paddle Privacy Policy).
• AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — to process prompts for Pro/Studio AI features.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the plugin and its features.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to support requests and send important service notices.

6. Data Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@cineetap.com.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

Cineetap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
